The standard diagnostic visit is $100, or $90 when booked online. The amount you pay is credited toward an approved repair. Repair labor and parts are quoted separately.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
Availability varies by location, workload and appliance. Call or check online scheduling for available appointments. We do not promise same-day service before confirming your appointment.
What warranty comes with a repair?
APEXA provides a 6-month labor warranty and a 1-month installed-parts warranty for covered work. See warranty details and your invoice for conditions and exclusions.
What should I have ready?
Your service address, appliance brand and model (if available), and a short description of the issue. Photos or error codes can help us prepare.
Are there any other discounts?
Returning customers, seniors and veterans can ask about 10% off eligible repair labor. Parts are excluded. Confirm eligibility and applicable conditions before authorizing work.
